To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wagi and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
wagi's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
The wagi Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wagi makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
wagi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your wagi account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wagi Platform shall first be submitted to wagi's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
wagi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, wagi will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
